The Association for the Development of Diabal is an association governed by the law of July 1st, 1901 the head office of which is in Brest (France) and the object is:

. The improvement of the living environment in touch with the needs of the population of the village of Diabal,

. The water supply of human and animal consumption,

. The education of the young children, the health,

. The creation of an agricultural and truck-farming cooperative to introduce vegetables and fruits into the food to warn certain nutritional deficiencies.
